The artist members of BOX 13 ArtSpace request your generous donation to help support our exhibition spaces and our current member artist. All donations go to promote, operate, and maintain the BOX 13 ArtSpace exhibition spaces and events. We need all the help we can get to keep this dream of BOX 13 ArtSpace growing.

BOX 13 ArtSpace is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization recognized by the IRS. All donations are tax deductible. No donation amount is too small and any amount is greatly appreciated.

Empty BOX

BOX 13 ArtSpace hosts an annual fundraiser each spring, entitled the Empty BOX. One of Houston’s most anticipated silent auctions, Empty BOX consists of donated work from local artists, arts organizations, and our current artist members.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from this event fund BOX 13 programming and organizational costs. Artist member dues and foundational grants only pay for a portion of our artist collective. In order to support the high quality exhibitions you’ve come to expect from us, we also need YOU!

There are a few ways you can help:

Attend the Empty BOX and bring a group of friends. We know how to throw a party! Music, decadent decor, light bites, and a bar where you can leave us tips.
Bid on artwork. Every year we put together a different selection of local and national artists. The starting bids are always very reasonable and a great opportunity for you to start (or add to) your art collection.
Sponsor the Empty BOX. You don’t have to sponsor the Empty BOX to attend, but sponsorship is crucial to the success of the event. In return, you’ll get all kinds of perks, like small hand-made items from the artists, a special studio tour on the day of the event, and more. Also, your name will live in infamy on our website!
